Terms of Use

The service
LifeAlert lets members of a family group share their location with each other. By using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Emergencies
LifeAlert is not an emergency service. An SOS only alerts the people in your group; it does not reach the police, ambulance or fire services. In an emergency always call your local emergency number (112 in Turkey and Europe, 911 in North America). Timely delivery of alerts and locations depends on the internet, your phone's settings and iOS and cannot be guaranteed.
Consent
You may see someone's location only with their knowledge and consent. Using LifeAlert to track a person without their knowledge is prohibited. For minors, a parent gives consent.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may close accounts that abuse the service, harass others or try to disrupt it. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
Premium
Premium is sold and managed by Apple; renewals and cancellations are handled in your App Store account settings. Refunds follow Apple's rules.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Location accuracy depends on GPS, network and device conditions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions or inaccurate location data.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Contact: geyikk.ibrahim@gmail.com.
